About Us
Mike Groff
Mike has spent more than 45 years consulting with farmers across a wide range of agricultural operations. While much of his consulting work has focused on grain farms, he has also worked extensively with dairy, swine, and poultry producers. In addition to his consulting career, Mike owned and operated his own cattle operation. His depth of knowledge, practical experience, and lifelong dedication to agriculture provide clients with insight that only decades in the field can offer.

Mike, Jared, and Joel each grew up on family farms, shaping a shared respect for the land and a deep understanding of agriculture from an early age. Together, they bring more than 100 years of combined agricultural experience working with farmers, landowners, and trusts to responsibly manage and protect agricultural assets.
Jared Herschberger
Jared has been in agriculture his whole life. Growing up on a 6,000-acre grain farm got him interested in commodity trading. He started his career merchandising grain and oilseeds in the Midwest and Canada. The past 15 years have been spent in various trading, procurement, and senior leadership roles in the dairy industry. He is a farmland owner and real estate investor.

Joel has spent the past 16 years in the agricultural input industry, primarily managing fertilizer plants and overseeing operations that support producers and landowners. This operational experience brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to managing farmland efficiently and responsibly.
