Mike Groff

Mike has spent over 45 years consulting with farmers across a wide range of agricultural operations. In addition to his consulting work, he owned and operated his own cattle operation. His depth of knowledge, practical experience, and dedication to agriculture are unmatched.

Mike, Jared, and Joel each grew up on family farms, shaping a shared respect for the land and a deep understanding of agriculture from an early age. Together, they bring more than 100 years of combined agricultural experience working with farmers, landowners, and trusts to responsibly manage and protect agricultural assets.

Jared Herschberger

Jared brings more than 20 years of experience in the grain and dairy industries. After earning his MBA from the University of Michigan, he has focused his career on agricultural risk management, helping operations navigate financial and market uncertainty.

Joel Herschberger

Joel has spent the past 16 years in the agricultural input industry, primarily managing fertilizer plants and overseeing operations that support producers and landowners. This operational experience brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to managing farmland efficiently and responsibly.
